Terms of Service — RecapForge

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RecapForge mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2) Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3) User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant RecapForge a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the content you upload and must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access or interfere with the Service or its systems
• Upload malicious code or abusive content

5) Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google/Firebase). Their terms and policies may apply to your use of those services.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecapForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date above.
